If you are still planning to hire a quad bike, remember that they may be fun, but they also are powerful pieces of machinery which can be extremely dangerous. So, 

  • Stick to enjoying quad biking as part of an organised off-road excursion.
  • Always wear a helmet, appropriate clothing and footwear.
  • Make sure that you are provided with appropriate training to help you operate the vehicle safely.
  • Check that the vehicle is in good condition. Do not ride it if you have any concerns.
  • Watch your speed.
  • Do not allow anyone to ride pillion.
